I've been watching Pudding Factory fill up with MATYians, but I haven't seen one of Pescado yet and so I decided to make one myself. This first version gives him a bit of a Russian look, I think. I personally like it, but I will try to get him closer to his Sims 2 sim.

It's been a year and five days since I last updated this. O.O Wow, time sure does fly! I got the Sims 3 this past Sunday, but I only have played it a little bit. I've spent more time in the new CAS than playing the game. The sliders mock me. It seemed the more I messed with it, the less my self sim looked like me. She ended up looking like this. I am going to try again soon with awesomemod's slider scale increased for more range in facial structure. I think this time I will make the facial features bigger rather than smaller so they fit better with the head.. I can't get rid of that extra long forehead, but I can mitigate it!

This play session was a lot more loose than previous ones. I had a very light macroing hand and walked away from the computer a couple times while it played out.
I start the session by gifting the household a pirate ship to play in. Mando is the first to make it onto the ship and plunders the Captain's cabin. She gets a treasure map for her efforts! After wandering around on the ship she tries again and gets a fright. It seems the Captain's cabin is already occupied.. by the captain. Not one to be frightened, Calalily tries to break the ice and smooth over the robbery with a joke but the pirate ghost will hear none of it. Her persistence only makes for a decidedly negative relationship so she cuts her loses and explores the ship instead. She takes to the wheel in stride while Pescado contemplates going over board and chickens out. Mando returns to the ship hours later in the daylight and decides to have a hearty laugh.. about nothing at all. ::)
Apparently his near death experience makes him run to the loving(?) arms of Missangelica and she makes it all better for him. It's very brief because he arrives in the kitchen just as Okra and Sophie age up from kitten hood. Seeing Strix's cats age, Pescado reflects on how much he hates her. Missangelica comes in shortly after Pescado to serve a cheese platter for herself and her roommates. She gets herself a plate but it seems Okra has plans for the rest. I walk away from the computer at this point and come back to Pescado slapping Strix on the beach. I'm not sure what she did to deserve it but knowing Pescado, probably nothing. The chance card was a flop so Calalily relieves some stress by playing pirates and pretending to order invisible crew men around.
Hecubus is oblivious to the commotion around her. Her love of fitness has been replaced by music and she likes to show off her violinist skills while in the zone. She has all the instruments to chose from but violin seems to be her favorite. She also spends a lot of her time writing about a couple star crossed lovers, a elephant and a mouse. It's a children's book and although it fulfills her want for a great book, I'm not sure how well it did. Pescado decided to pick up the phone and was tight lipped on the reception of the novel.
Possibly also to relieve stress, Calalily and Pescado have both been pursuing their interest in nature. Calalily likes to take hikes with the cats but she keeps coming home with poison ivy. As she felt physically itchy, she seemed to feel mentally itchy as well. She rolled wants to romance Pescado in what looks like a desperation maneuver to me. He has been an easy lay for her up to this point. She tries to makeout with him but he spurs her affections! Calalily is understandably confused but takes it well. She calls up the match maker for some love potion but heads to bed when she sees all the match maker deliver a lamp and leave.
Pescado is the first to encounter the lamp and wishes for a longer life as he only has two days until his gray hairs start showing. He's really vain, y'all. Hecubus wishes for the same because she still has more great music and novels to make! Including an additional lamp that "appeared", everyone gets longer lives.
With his gray hairs fought against, Pescado returns to working on his vehicle while his roommates goof off, playing pirates. The playing turns out to be an all nighter, as evidenced by this picture. Missangelica starts to learn how to do the sea chantey but she gives up shortly after starting. Her motives were in mid range so why the action was canceled out, I don't know. She goes into the house to prepare herself something to eat, oblivious to Hecubus and Calalily gossiping about her abduction. They hightail it from the diving room when they catch sight of Missangelica. I walk away from the computer again.
When Hecubus returns from work and goes to have a nap, Strix stops her and gives her a conch as a gift from where Strix is most of the time, the beach. Hecubus seems touched by the gift and thanks her. The feel good moment seems to dissipate for Strix as soon as she leaves the room. Strix is at a bad place in her life. She love/hates the man she wants to marry. She seeks companionship from animals more than people. She can't keep a tomato or a wormrat alive for very long but constantly thinks about having a baby or adopting. She has had wants to quit her job and is fairly low ranked compared to most of her roommates, who are at the top of their career field. She spends her time on the beach building sand castles. searching for sea shells and swimming instead of skilling up. This is funny because her career is Oceanography and she currently tracks whales for a living.
Later that night, Pescado goes to gossip with Mando, who is on the beach building a sandcastle. It turns into.. whatever this and this is. Pescado seems very proud, standing like a peacock. Mando wants to slug him but apparently does not hit girls. burn His attempt at being social rejected, he returns to tinkering with his car the next day. The body and engine work done, he can finally paint the car with a glossy black finish. Flame decals are a given. Drivers beware, Pescado is on the road!
Pescado takes to birdwatching aka spying on Calalily as she tries to get out of her romance funk by begging the match maker for a date. She spares no expense and hands over 5k for the best the match maker could give her. The match maker's best is.. questionable, despite the three lightning marks. His name is Ocean and is a bit of a prude. As if she knew what was coming, Calalily chugs a love potion like it's sweet, sweet liquor. They start off slow dancing and she moves her hands down but is quickly reprimanded by Ocean. Calalily switches tactics and invites him to throw water balloons at her chest but it doesn't turn out to be as sexy as she had imagined. After canceling out the action, all his wants rolled to skilling. While she contemplated what to do next in the moment and the rest of her life, her date walked to the beach and started to sun tan. She stares at him for a moment and decides to end the barely lukewarm date. Her attentions turn to Pescado and she meets up with him in the bedroom. Her date apparently decides that he hasn't worn out his welcome and comes into the bedroom right before the act can happen. This doesn't stop Calalily from having her fun. He runs out of the room but doesn't leave the lot and finds her later in the hot tub. Apparently her having woohoo with another sim made him hot and that is just fine with Calalily! She takes the opportunity for an easy lay.
Meanwhile in the kitchen, Mando nearly blows herself up trying to repair the microwave and Hecubus is once again the one to be putting out the fire.
The snow has melted and Spring begins to bloom.
Strix starts to feel the Spring fever, although a little differently than Calalily, and tries to give a book as a gift to Pescado. He treats it like there is a bomb inside and doesn't thank her. He merely grunts and does a half shrug. Strix becomes desperate and has the want to kiss *anyone* and so she attempts to have a purely platonic peck from Calalily, who totally chews her out. Apparently Calalily is a discerning romance sim. *cough*
Pescado chooses to give the attention Strix so badly wants to the cats after he maxes his mechanical skill. He totally ignored the cats while they were kittens but now seems to have plans to make them his minions and uses his influence on them to be hell spawn. He extends himself too much that day and ends up passing out, much to Calalily's delight.
The household tries the elixir of life to extend their youth further but it goes awry for Missangelica, who actually ends up shortening her life. Oops! She takes to being the old lady with cats easily but will she find a way to reverse time?
Will Mando ever stop being the big kid of the household?
Will Calalily become the Don Lothario of the neighborhood?
Will Strix evertrap ensnare shackle marry Pescado?
Will Hecubus continue to escape into her music and novels?
Will Pescado ride off into the sunset?

This household loves throwing the football around. Only Redisenchanted has low active points and she likes pissing her mates off by refusing to play. She does give in occasionally. Her preferred career has yet to come up so I have been letting her write novels. She's finished one but the reviews weren't that kind, surprisingly. *shifty eyes* She has the want to write another AND the want to write a great novel. Truly, she's passionate about trying not to suck. Good luck, Redisenchanted!
Romance has already hit the Buttress household. Markus was following Ensign around the entire first day while BTG and Bionix were smooching it up. BTG warmed up to Bionix immediately. Funnily enough, the rest of the household is repulsed by Bionix and do the hate bubble every time they're near him. It will be very interesting to see how he does as a romance sim. By the end of day two, BTG and Bionix hook up and Ensign gives into Markus' persistence and they hook up as well.
The most entertaining thing that has happened so far was from Redlove inviting over house Pagoda. Pescado decides he's going to woo Mando, who develops a crush, and Strix is not happy. She slaps him and he slaps her back! She falls out of love with him and they lose their best friend status. Their relationship took a huge hit but it's Pescado who is furious at her. I loaded up their household later and Strix wants to fall in love with him again.Insane Poor girl!

Strix has been looking for love since the first day but after a week she got the want to woohoo in bed. I caught her thinking of wanting children soon after the want was rolled. Who satisfied her want? Pescado! She fell in love immediately after and wants to get engaged with him. (Notice that he has already spun into his everyday clothing and she's blocking his exit.) The next day Pescado woohoos Calalily again and she falls in love! But it was Pescado that rolled the want to MARRY CALALILY!

I've been playing my PMBD household today.. surprisingly even with extreme personalities no one hates each other. I guess it's because you start with okay relationships when you make a household. There was no flirty type behavior either until I decided that I would download ACR again. My efforts were rewarded quickly. I had randomized everyone's token and let them all eat a meal together. I got distracted by something then I went back to the kitchen and Pescado was LECTURING Calalily over something and.. she took it! So I took some screenshots of it and then went about my way macroing everyone and when I got to Calalily she was relaxing nude on the bed with Pescado! They totally hooked up! I seriously haven't belly laughed that hard in a while. How can you go from being lectured by someone to hooking up just mere sim minutes later? Although, looking at that screenshot again.. usually the one that initiates it is the one that puts his/her hands behind his/her head, right? 
So that would mean Pescado initiated the lecturing and the horizontal mambo.
Calalily was the first one to start a fire. It seemed to hypnotize her. Fireman came and saved the day anyway.
Hecubus' striving for fitness has captured the attention of those she normally wouldn't. Winter hits! Snow covers the lot and Hecubus and Strix spend some time ice skating. Hecubus shows off her high body skill and finally makes it to fit!
I can't be bothered to make a story of all what's happened so far but here are some of my favorite screens.
